- Provide industry leadership and representation for our members.
- Build the capacity of social and affordable housing providers.
- Deliver a range of quality services and products to the social and affordable housing industry.
- Resource and represent social and affordable housing service providers in the areas of: systems, workforce development, research and development and organisational development
- To promote housing choice by maximising the availability of community housing for all who need to access it, would benefit from it and , where appropriate would contribute to its management and development.
- To continue the development of QCHC as an efficient, effective and sustainable state-wide peak organisation which maximises sector participation and is governed by its members.
