Our principal trainer/facilitator is Margaret Ponting. An accredited trainer/assessor, Margaret has over 20 years experience in the training and development field. She has been the Training Coordinator with QCHC since 1999. Her areas of particular interest and expertise include management and organisational development.
Examples of recent projects she has undertaken include:
- training delivery and resource development activities around issues of viability, quality improvement, risk management, compliance, and Standards & Accreditation
- induction sessions for new Boards
- facilitation of business and strategic planning processes
- facilitation of the development of policy and procedure guidelines aligned to the National Community Housing Standards
- facilitation of compliance assessment for organisations aligned to the Housing Act and Regulation 2003.
