Professional Development (Non Accredited Courses)
We offer fee for service, professional development workshops throughout Queensland covering a range of timely topics appropriate for the sector. These are often instigated by requests from Regional Councils/Community Housing Resource Workers/individual organisations or in response to topical issues affecting the sector/region.

This workshop will address how to develop and implement quality management systems and processes in your organisation that will ensure ongoing continuous improvement.
The workshop will be practice based and interactive. You will take away valuable skills, tools and resources you can use to improve service delivery and service provision for your clients/tenants
